How can I track the status of my order?

What is the Samsonite return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How does the global warranty work for my luggage?
Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the highest standards. Our global warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The duration of the warranty varies by product and can be found on the warranty card inside your luggage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and interest-free installment options like Afterpay and Klarna for eligible purchases.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. As a result, there is a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
How do I set the TSA combination lock on my suitcase?
Most locks are preset to 0-0-0. To reset, move the lever to the 'set' position, rotate the dials to your desired code, and then return the lever to the original position. Detailed instructions for specific lock models are available on our 'Lock Instructions' page.
